Care Giver and Bath and Grooming Services
Our Care Manager can assist you in determining what level of
care is appropriate for your situation. They will design a
program of support that will enable the client to remain at home while
ensuring their health and safety. Services may be supplied by other agencies
with whom the Care Manager works cooperatively. Services may include:
- Bed Baths
- Personal Care
(bathing, shampoo, nail care)

Assisting with walking and/or transferring

Exercising/range of motion

Reducing the possibility of falling in the
home
- Redirection and reorientation
when necessary
- Supervision and
companionship
- Light Housekeeping
- Shopping

(for appointments and errands)

- Sitter Service

(with 8 hours sleep)

Urgent Nurse Visit (after hours,
weekends/holidays)
$75.00
Bath & Grooming Service Only $15.00
(not to exceed one hour)
Weekly Medication Setup Nurse Visit $50.00
MILEAGE 45 cents/mile
Caregiver's care- in route to Client's home (applies if caregiver's vehicle
used)
HOLIDAY RATES
Time-and-a half for the following:
New Year's Eve/Day Easter
Memorial Day July 4th
Labor Day Thanksgiving
Christmas Eve/Day
